推荐信必须密封递交，还是可以直接拆开跟其他资料装订到一起。

as long as Perm is pending you can extend your h1b for 1 year. But to answer
your question, yes it seems to be risky IMHO.

Yes, as long as they don't revoke your approval I-140, you can keep
extending your H1-B even when you no longer work for them. But.. it is
better to get a new I-140 with your new employer ASAP... just in case you
know.

另外我查到的是需要perm pending至少一年才能renew h1b一年？所以第5年也许还可以
，但第六年就非常危险了吧？

If you did in the 6th year, then it has to be approved.. otherwise you will
have to leave the country at first. Help yourself...don't wait.
