The medical examination report was submitted to USCIS less than one year
after completion of the examination; [22]
•The benefit application [23] is adjudicated no more than one
year after the date the medical examination report was submitted to USCIS
8203;; [24] and
I am pretty sure that you can submit to uscis before within one year after
completing of the examination and after that you have one year to get your
final action of status adjustment
