我的PD下个月current，律师已经把我的Eb3 140材料准备好了，是现在就让律师把eb3
140 材料提交给USCIS做Premium process呢，还是按照律师的建议，等3月1号再提交？
以下是律师的建议：
"...Your priority date (PD) will be current under EB3 in March. At this
point, I’d suggest that we wait to file your I-140 in March so we can
request the transfer of your I-485 at the same time. The premium unit is
generally responsive to requests but they won’t be able to facilitate the
transfer until the PD is current. We can send your petition out on March 1
(our office is closed on 2/28 for Mardi Gras) so it will arrive when your
date is current.
Please let me know if you have questions about this strategy and if you
concur. "
感觉现在做eb3 140 premium process,月底就可以批准，然后下个月relink 485，能争
取些时间，但律师建议的不一样。希望板上的大牛们给些明白建议。多谢！
