140和485 cocurrent file不需要交 j form.... 单飞485或者换过工作file ac21时要
交j form.. 其他时候看rfe

我是eb23单飞485 140去年批了 是跳槽到现在的employer后file的140 这个算换过工作
哪一类吗
要是律师提485没有附j form 会被拒收吗 还是说会收到rfe j form? 如果只是会收到
rfe那倒也无所谓吧
