大概2周前提交online SR， 4天收assign给offical 了。今天收到答复，如下：
We have received your service request and researched the status of your
case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay
in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and
adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received.
Case 是dependent 的，主申请人已拿到卡了（PD：2013/6 EB3)。
哪位大神能分析下吗？

背景检查和Additional Review已经做完了，等着发到Officer手里。等发到Officer手
里就快绿了。

由于是dependent，485 收据上PD是空的。不清楚service center如何判断PD, 主申请
人的PD是2013/6 (EB3), 当前是current的。
