长话短说，我去年底绿卡申请被毙了，是因为退党（不交党费）不足5年，请了个律师

这两天觉得还是留个后路，就把欠的四年九个月的党费补交了。
今天早上跟律师提了一下，律师说无所谓，不影响appeal。

长话短说，我去年底绿卡申请被毙了，是因为退党（不交党费）不足5年，请了个律师

今天早上跟律师提了一下，律师说无所谓，不影响appeal。

比如

赶紧把你的H1B Approval Notice,你的payroll和EVL fax+mail过去。

可能EB1B类是雇主支持,所以LETTER 会很重要? 反正离成功不远了.
记得在外面信封+ COVER LETTER 注明:RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION!
还有其他注意事项:

谢谢各位耐心指点。可是没要h1b和payroll的材料，送上会不会弄巧成拙呢？而且附的

没回过RFE, 但如果只要信,就寄EMPLOYMENT LETTER 吧,别忘了打在单位的纸上.

很多学校是有规定的. 通常HR吧.
