Sorry i cannot type Chinese here because i am using public computer.
So here is my situation:
T offer: Data analyst, 105K base + 1500 Stocks. no sign on:(
Right now, I am working as contractor at Google, it is easier to convert
than people outside.
T initially offered only 95k base. i asked for 110k base+4000 stocks, but
they only changed to 105k base, no change on stocks. I think the offer is
too low for me to go since i have a good chance to convert at Google. But to
convert at Google is not 100% sure...and it takes time..:( For T, it is 100
% sure full time.
My question is, can i still push them very hard to get more stocks? Even I
push, they may still no change, should I go? please give me some reasons if
possible. I am very headache about this 'Ji lei' offer.
