My friend and I are starting up a semiconductor company in China. I’m
looking for a Ph.D level people who has experience in Semiconductor
component design, manufacture, process to join the funding team. Sorry

Sorry I touched your nerve. That's not my intention. I do mean sorry.
I said clearly it's a startup and the people I'm seeking is in the funding
team for technology. That's implying risk and minimum salary/benefits for a
while. It's not that I want to cheat. It's just not something I'm

至少可以说说大致的方向, 产品类型什么的吧. 国内的IC公司现在有400多家,
很多人的首轮风投都差不多了, 估计会死掉一大批.

Semiconductor com?
usually, when ppl say semi com, they mean IDMs. (totally about 50 in the
world)
And i don't think that's what u r talking about.
Please clarify what ur start-up is running for? Some inovated devices?
fabless design house? Power application?
