今天我进到我的401k帐户,发现我的帐户少了一股.就发了信问.回答说funding公司和雇
主都会从帐户拿钱:

Please keep in mind the expenses that are being deducted from your account.
We apologize for any concern this may have caused
Generally, there are two different types of expenses for employer sponsored
retirement plans: Plan Operating Expenses and Investment Expenses.
Plan Operating Expenses are expenses charged for the day-to-day
recordkeeping and administrative services related to the retirement plan.
Since these expenses vary from plan to plan, please contact your human
resources department for specific information.
Investment Expenses are the fees associated with managing and offering the
various investment options in the retirement plan. These fees may vary
depending on the type of investment option. To find out more on a specific
plan investment’s expenses, please follow the instructions below:
1) From the Personal Summary screen, click on the name of the plan you wish
to view. If you do not come to the Personal Summary screen, please proceed
to step 2.
2) Click on the link titled Investments in the left-hand margin of the
screen to expand the topic.
3) Under Investments, click on the link titled Performance.
4) Investment Expenses are in the far right column shown as Total Investment
Expense Gross.

这是Nobile 1942在2009年出的Casta Diva。
意大利的香水，就是柔美，香味层次感非常复杂，混合的气息却十分河蟹。我拜倒ing
……
这一款的主调还是ylang ylang 和苔藓。中调可以感觉出有橙花，不过不容易觉察到。
整体非常清新的花香，矮油，太美了。
这个是Parfum D'Empire新香，桔子的味道，还有橙花，但不是那种清新水果香，而是
有点辛辣的，很有个性。
这个调香师每一款作品都有一个来源，这款香就是为Moroccan城而配置的。他小时候出
生在moroccan，父母呢是桔子园的地主和地主婆。
他就闻着橙花的味道长大了。
秋天的时候吃着桔子。
调制桔子香水。
多么浪漫啊：）
这个是LV公子哥的香水旅行装，你看这华丽得。。。。我闺蜜点名要的。
本来是为了装LV公子哥的香水的，不过他的香水也没啥个性，就是原料昂贵而以。所以
吸引不了我等装13女人的钟爱。
但是确实精致呀呀呀。

有些往事一如江南烟雨，恬静的落在伞上，滑过芭蕉，开出一朵朵思念的雨花。唔，那是我在红尘烟雨里的凝望。
第一次遇到你是在北方恰逢花开的春季，刚刚病愈回校的我错过了高二文理分科的热闹和离别，等我回到那个熟悉的班级时，却见到一个个陌生的面孔。无法言喻的失落和苦涩一时间弥漫心头，就像吃了满满一嘴的榴莲。只因为住院时候的一句气话，我只能呆在这个只有18个男生却整整80多人的大班级。相熟的玩伴只有寥寥两三个，一个人坐一张大桌子在班里最角落的地方无所事事。
那是我最孤独的一段时光，却等到梦中才会出现的天仙人儿，所谓“祸兮，福之所倚”就是这个理吧。你满脸玩味的笑容出现我满是睡意的眼睛前，还给我看我趴在桌子上睡觉流口水的照片。
然后在我一脸的愤怒下认真的告诉我“我们做朋友吧，我注意你很久了”。我不知道自己当时是怎么想的，反正我当时懵了，然后…然后上课铃响了。再后来我们就成了很好很好的朋友，理所当然的坐了同桌。就这样，你把你的样子刻在了我记忆的最深处。
也许是我们之间超出亲密的暧昧引来很多的眼热，同学间有意的风言风语加上老师大道理的狂轰滥炸，终于迎来了你的渐渐冷淡。我一脸云淡风轻的接受了你的距离，装作毫不在意的笑脸却被转身掉下的泪珠划花。却不想时光一转，当初的不经意缘分早已成了习惯，我已经习惯了你的朝夕不离。你走后，没有了晴朗的天空，也没有了每天萌萌的憨笑，原来，一朵花只为一个人绽放。
后来的日子里，你隔三差五的关心终于寿终正寝。张爱玲曾经说过：“忘记一段感情的方法永远只有两个：时间和新欢”。只是我漫无目的的等待时间，你已经有了别的“他”。没有谁对谁错，更不说薄情寡信，毕竟曾经的誓言暖了两个人的心，错的时间就算遇到了对的人依然没有结果。

To be a CPA in Michigan and most other states, a student
must earn 150 university semester credit hours.
在学校网站上看到的 那是意味着如果我只在美国念个会计硕士就没法考CPA了么？除了
念本科 哪里能
有150个学分。

It depends on your plan. Many plans do not have operating expense, or more
accurately, employers shoulder the cost.

大的雇主，通常不用让雇员出管理费。

那能不能说我有了这150学时 国内大学的 非会计专业的 假设差几门会计相关必修课程
的要求 只要把
这几门课修了 即使没有美国的会计本科或者硕士学位 也是可以考CPA的

valur of 401k, accirding to irs law.
2. If no rollover, if the investor die, the distribution will be maid within
short time to the benifiuary, the big amount of transactions are all
subjest income tax.

只要你有150个学分（无论什么专业的都可以），满足具体要求的会计和商科的学分，
就可以考CPA了，不是一定需要美国的会计本科或硕士学位。

One more thing: if you do rollover, your entire traditional 401k balance is
considered when you do conversion to Roth, if you don't qualify to
contribute to Roth IRA directly.

是中信代签是上策了。
当然楼主不符合中信代签的条件。

虽然是有罪推论，但并不代表签证官不给你申述的机会
如果对自己的表达没有信心，当然还是一切都书面的好，如果是敏感的专业，来回补几
次材料就够费时间了。

如果H1B有效期只剩下三四个月了呢？VO会不会因为这拒签呢？

One more thing: if you do rollover, your entire traditional 401k balance is
considered when you do conversion to Roth, if you don't qualify to
