决定彻底回国发展，但是这几年还是放了一些钱在IRA和401k上面的，如果将来在国内
退休了怎么拿到这些钱啊？还是现在就取出来？？因为07，08年的金融危机亏的不少，
实际上最近刚刚涨回来，如果就拿出来的话还是觉得有点不太划算的。请教大家的意见

If you don't need the funds immediately, you can still keep them in the IRA
and 401K accounts and wait for the market to warm up. I don't think there
is a special penalty for you to take them out later on just because you're
overseas.

如果你们的实验有一定理论依据
你可以跟他说，根据你分析，实验结果不应该是这样的，举出理由；
如果你分析出来应该是他改过的好结果（可能是他实现的bug），或者 你们就是纯粹的
实验（不知道为什么结果会好，为什么不好），你可以问他要代码，说自己研究一下，
然后再跟他说你不能重现他的实验，问为什么，是不是你配置错了 等等
