感觉这本书，是将可以帮助awareness从totalism跳跃到unity
consciousness的佛法,禅,用来解决前面几个层次的问题.
即整合persona与shadow的分离
及ego与body的分离.

哇,读到这里,太赞啦!眼前心里都一亮.
作者分析的太透彻了,高屋建领.
对比一下,我感觉我现在接受的RICHARD的基因论,是属于TOTALISM的,倒数第二个.
我个人的话,四个层次都有分离.

等你深入思考无常,缘起,无我之后,再来思考基因论,也许能发现到问题.
作者的观点：
心灵成长的顺序
从persona-->ego-->totalism-->unity
“自我”的分裂的顺序相反。
从整体--〉生物表层-->精神--〉精神的一部分。
也就是说由于人不断地划分界限，使得“自我”的世界越来越狭小。
如果当你来到totalism的层次时，意味着你已经将：
person 和shadow 完全整合
ego 与 body 完全整合。
现在处于哪个层次，不是由于能否接受某种观点决定的，而是由于“自我”世界的领域
决定的。
当心意识层次，还在对某些状态（如“抑郁”）进行抗拒的时候，实际上没有完成第一
部的整合。这一步整合之后会是一种什么样的状态，即使现在有些理论上的认识，但不
会有多少确切的体会。只有逐渐走到那一步才知道是怎么回事。更何况是更深层次的整
合。
理论和实践的差距，就比如说，一个人可以从书本上知道水是无色，无味，透明的液体
。这些是语言文字的描述。如果他以前没见过水，通过语言文
