In a restroom of my company, it says: help conserve waste, draw from smallest
roll until finished.
"conserve waste"? that's an interesting concept...

of course it's toilet paper it talks about. but, but... you conserve only the
unused toilet paper, and you do NOT conserve the used one (waste)!

i think the waste here is the unused one. it's asking you to use all and not
waste the small roll. hehehe
