very hard to guess if doesn't know if this is a last name or a first name plus
last name. if it's the latter, does it go 克斯 特洛德 or 克斯特 洛德 or ?

plus
It's only the last name, probably of a Belgian geographer. I am trying to get
his real name spelling after I read his published article in Chinese. And
there is only an inital for his first name C. So, the full name is C. 克斯特洛
德. Weird...
