Hi all,
I have a urgent question about J1 waiver, I hired form UCLA, but work in
UCSB. I got the
J1 waiver now. But The fund in UCLA does not have more money to pay for me.
My boss wants
to change my position form UCLA to UCSB, in that case my J1 waiver will have
some effect?
My appointment in UCLA is until Oct. 2008.
I am looking forward to hearing form you.

I am applying for a senior risk analyst position in bank credit card
division. I will have an interview soon. The schedule shows a 2-hr analytics
test. Anybody has any experience about this kind of test? Please advise.

What problem can occur when dynamically allocated classes
or structs have pointers to string literals?

我在中部小学校accounting，机会很少。春季只找了一个Ameriprise financial的free
intern，开始以为能学点finance的东西。做了2个礼拜后，后发现这个公司基本就是
sale。我大部分工作就是整理clinet的信息。觉得对自己没有什么帮助。再加上又是
free。现在很犹豫值不值得继续做下去。
板上有人了解这个公司，或者给点建议么？

The pointer doesn't point to a valid memory
you need to allocate it in ctor
