下个月要工作了，还是有些紧张的。在学校呆了这么久，从来没有真正在公司工作过，
就算先不去考虑跟人如何相处的事情，单是公司里头要怎么上手，怎么把任务完成，还
有面试时候提到的怎么为公司争取新的clients，心里都没底。
公司是一个很典型的环境咨询公司，我要做的主要是水和废水这类。有没有什么相关的
书可以推荐的，最好是讲一个项目如何争取，如何实施，如何完成的整套过程，包括相
关的人员，他们的不同职责，以及书面的材料。
版上的同行们，你们最初的第一年，都是怎么过来的呢？怎样才是成功的开始呢？

If you are just a junior level engineer, you should not think about bringing
projects in. It is the client officer's responsibilities. You only need to
finish the tasks assigned by PM and stay in budget. Communication is the
most important in consulting firms.
When we receive your assignment, you have to ask the PM on deadline of the
assignment, budget hours for this task, and expectation from the PM. If you
believe you could not finish your task within the buddet hours, communicate
with PM

我个人的感觉就是,什么都可以不会,但是一定要会和大家打成一片,从dress code到对
工作的态度。说到dress code是最搞笑得了，我去的公司比较随意，除了vp啥的天天西
服领带，其他人都是牛仔裤。我刚去还挺认真，天天早起洗澡，衬衣，裤子都特整齐。
发现除了vp己的人物喜欢我之外，没人乐意理我。后来，我天天穿这破牛仔裤，大家就
开始主动和我说话了。后来，那些人告诉我，当时我穿得太不同了，仿佛要和他们划清
界限一样。
