（九）中央最近要出一个文件
随着天气一天天的冷起来，我们的心反而开始躁动起来，此时报纸上正大力提倡红
卫兵徒步“长征”，以减轻交通的压力。在这样的背景下，我们宿舍的几个哥们又聚在
一起研究是否该离开北京活动活动身子。经过“民主评议”，大家一致决定，此次一定
要走遍祖国的山山水水，否则绝不收兵。而且还要背上行李，必要的时候步行走到延安
或是韶山。为此我们每人都向学校预支了半年的生活费，而且学校还发给我们二十元的
“宣传费”，主要是给我们买胶卷照相用。
这次我们一同出行的共六个人，覃民茂、张国栋、赵嗣龙、曹灵生、丁锡林和我。
我们站在中国地图前“指点江山”，有人主张先去韶山，然后再走遍全国，有人主张先
去延安，最后曹灵生建议大家先去他的家乡山西太原。他介绍说，山西现在出现了两派
，一派保山西省委书记卫恒，一派支持山西省委书记处书记兼太原市委第一书记袁振。
曹介绍说袁振虽说只是市委书记，但他是六级干部，比省委书记卫恒还高一级。因此受
到卫的打击排挤。袁振曾任鞍钢第一书记兼总经理，曾主持制定了受到毛主席称赞的“
鞍钢宪法”，因此袁是毛主席的好干部，而卫恒呢，据说在其家中还抄出了国

5-10 Experienced personnel only!! The pay is low (65K to 80K), location NJ
Description:
BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science with 5-
10 years of proven experience and leadership in remedial and construction
projects. Experience with New Jersey regulations, technical requirements
for site remediation, industrial clients, and active facilities a must.
In-situ soil remediation, remedial groundwater treatment system, and
barrier wall experience a plus.
Must have proven success in managing budgets and schedules, establishing a
relationship with a client, and managing a team of 5 or more
multidisciplinary engineers and support staff. Proven manpower estimating
experience, staff selection skills, experience developing bid documents
including coordinated drawings and specifications. Has managed million
dollar plus projects (for multi-million dollar environmental construction
remediation project). P.E. helpful. Demonstrate success in being an
excellent team player as well as a leader; and will be comfortable working
in a team environment with multiple contractors at client's facility.
