Email the CA board to ask. Tell them your degree and describe your work. My understanding is it is okay that you have an abet advanced degree in one engineering discipline and work experience in another. they will tell you which exam to take. from the many examples around me, I think the board usually picks the discipline that is consistent with your work experience instead of your degree. I personally know three chinese with environmental engineering degrees who took ME, ChE, and civil exams respectively.
