最好不要。要是被同一个reviewer审到就在program manager那丢大脸了。一旦给manager 留下坏印象就很难改变了。

当然可以。看你背景是什么而定。
知道有人一直用博士题目从念书到毕业多年赚到好多个有大又有名的基金，而这人的博
士大部分都是老板的东西。人家老板掌管着绝大多数基金，你说研究基金不给老板的心
腹给谁？

都被资助了 肯定要放弃一个
不过写grant的时候 可以 部分修改一下，就不会有问题了
