东部ivy学校电面，我居然把时间搞错了一个小时，放了6个committee成员的鸽子，最
郁闷的是这期间，committee chair还发信问我在不在，我一小时之后在没有看到对方
上线时才看到信。今天面试泡汤，改到一周后，我到现在还懊恼自己怎么能把时差算错

真是十分对不住他们宝贵时间,印象肯定坏极了...

事已至此，该怎样怎样吧。不过大家觉得礼貌起见，该给每个committee的人发信道歉
么，毕竟无缘无故的浪费了人家时间。

Look at the bright side. At least the committee members would now remember
you. Not some boring guy they would forgot the minute they finish the
interview. Try to take advantage of this situation and make the most use of
it.

你以为给六个教授约个共同的时间那么容易啊? committee成员也是human,human的心情
自然会有好有坏...

这封信写好点，没啥严重后果。我以前面试给人家手机号，结果信号奇差，人等了我15
分钟找地线电话。后来还是来了。

It may be safer if you handle it in a professional manner. Briefly open the
conversation by admitting your mistakes and thanking them for rearraging
the interview. A joke makes things worse if you are not that type of person.

When you are finishing the interview, don't forget closing it by thank them
again for rescheduling the interview in spite of their busy schedules. Put
yourself in their shoes, what type of interviewees you would like to see? A
joke may make them feel that you didn't really think this is a big deal.

开场真诚的道歉，表示自己非常不好意思。
结束的是时候可以讲个笑话或者根本不提，因为过度道歉会引起别人反感，等于remind
了别人这件事情。
