在写自己的teaching statement。想用“教学相长”开篇，
我的版本是：Teaching benefits the teacher as well as the students.
觉得这个"benefit"用的不够给力。求教版上牛人给个更好的翻译。多谢先。

主要是不知道你说的benefit具体指什么？
Teaching is an activity through which both the teacher and the students can
gain deeper insight on a subject.
