nomination at all theoretically, is called by phone without prior notice,
similar to a nobel procedure...

看到有些人拿老张的例子开始批判教育体制和科研体制, 很扯蛋. 这些牛人的成功, 是
不可"复制"的, 没有普遍性, 不适用于象我们一样的俗人....
