今天面了一个research university.贡献面经攒点人品
1. what is your research plan which could fit our department?
2. what kind of collaboration and funding resources are you interested?
3. What is your teaching experience and what courses can you teach or offer?
4. What is your experience of funding application?
5. What do you want to mention about you?
6. Any question for us?
补充一下：这次面试可以感觉到他们的倾向性，所以比较好回答。不像上次，面试就如
小学生考试，老师问问题，你回答，还催的紧。所以我自己的经验是，这种有倾向性的
面试，只要准备了，要面的相对轻松些。

What are the challenges establishing an independent research program? (我觉
得最大的challenge大概是funding,还有招到好学生)
How do you deal with disruptive behavior in the classroom? (这个没准备过,所
以瞎说了一通)
