如何知道宝宝晒伤了
轻度晒伤：如果宝宝在日晒后3 ～ 5 小时内日晒部位出现边界清楚的红斑，有轻
度烧灼、刺痛或触痛，就说明宝宝的皮肤被轻度晒伤了。这种晒伤会在日晒 12 ～ 24
小时内达高峰。
重度晒伤：晒伤部位红斑颜色加深，伴有水肿、水疱，疼痛非常明显。当晒伤面积
较大时，可伴有全身症状，如畏寒、发热、头痛、乏力、恶心、呕吐等。
宝宝轻度晒伤怎么办
应对措施：
1、马上带孩子躲进树荫或其他遮蔽处，并尽快帮孩子的肌肤补充水分。
2、将医用棉沾冷水在脱皮部位敷上10分钟，这样做能起到安抚皮肤，迅速补充表
皮流失的水分的作用。
3、用冷水冰一下减轻灼热感，使皮肤逐渐恢复，或是将伤处浸泡于清水中，起到
让皮肤镇静、舒缓的作用。
4、把孩子安置在通风的房间里，或洗一个温水澡，这些方法都能让孩子感觉舒服
。洗澡时，不要用肥皂以避免刺激伤处。
夏季，如何预防宝宝晒伤
长时间在户外，可选择防晒系数15~25的防晒乳液，每隔4~5小时给小儿擦一次。防
晒乳液不只是擦脸，所有露出来的、晒得到的部位，包括小儿耳朵、脖子后面、四肢外
侧等，都要擦到。一岁以下的小儿皮肤真是太稚嫩了，所以即使有防晒霜的保护，在
阳光足的午后，也尽量不要带小儿在户外活动超过3小时。
小宝宝的防晒产品如何选择
当宝宝六七月大的候可使用防晒品了，外出前30分钟应把防晒品涂抹宝宝会暴露的
皮肤部位每隔两小左右补擦一次日光强烈或外面暴露间比较长可选择防晒系数为25的防
产品平常用防晒系数15的产品即可。
如果宝宝严重晒伤要怎么做
局部皮肤出现水疱，如果晒伤脚部，脚部皮肤可能会出现浮肿。应对措施：
1、如果晒伤的是肩膀、胸部及背部这些面积较大的地方，可以用纱布吸满饱和的
生理盐水或清水，置于冷藏室。待冰凉后，敷于刺痛部位，约20分钟后取下，可以消除
灼热感并且恢复精神。
2、如果被晒伤的是宝宝的腿部，并且脚部出现浮肿，最好将孩子的腿抬高到高于
心脏的位置，可缓解不适。
3、如果发现孩子晒伤严重，除了家庭紧急处理外，更重要的是立即带孩子去医院
就诊
