我家用煤气烤炉，按照指示先预热，然后进去烤八分钟。不知该用broil还是bake，放
在顶层还是底层的架子上？我弄了几个八分钟都没烤好。

bake是烤蛋糕的。用broil.架子可以调的吧，放中间。烤pizza一般用小烤箱，快速。

Thanks for your reply. I don't have a toast oven, and I don't think my
frozen pizza can fit in there.
I tried to use conventional oven to do this, but turned out it didn't work
well. Instructions say just put pizza on rack without plate. How does this
work?

pizza放在一铁丝网上，放烤箱里烤。这样上下的热量都能到达pizza.

设温度啊，一般说明上有写几度烤的吧。
架子放在烤箱中间。

我用了给托盘，底下放层锡纸。我也觉得可能这个缘故，下面总不熟。但是直接发架子
上难道不会弄得到处都是芝士油啥的，不好清洁吧。

preheat oven at 400f thoroughly to 160f.
Remove pizza from package and place directly in the oven without thawing.
Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden crisp to taste.
买的西班牙披萨，看不明白，是预热到400度，然后调到160度再烤么？

我烤过，买的时候不是完全冰冻的，是冷藏的，看盒子上的说明烤就行。
我买有专门烤披萨的石质烤盘，在Kroger 买的。

不过，我一般pizza就偶尔吃一次，不会天天吃。这个东东有不粘涂层吧？

没有sam's club, costco的大批萨便宜吧？一个16寸的大pizza才9块钱。

可不如冷冻的品种繁多啊，什么Hawaiian啦chiken teriyaki啦philly cheesesteak啦
，还有那些超薄的披萨可以选。
总之，综合看来，如果有法子迅速烤好披萨，冷冻披萨的性价比挺高。

麻烦啊，这个每次想吃得去买，叫外卖又贵了。
冷冻的pizza可以买好几个放冰箱里，懒的时候拿出来扔烤箱里20min就好了。

不是。是烤到里面160度。用探针温度计测。
一直用400度烤， bake. 脱掉塑料纸，在纸板上烤时间要加倍，底下不垫东西烤大概12
分钟。底下垫铝纸大概12-15分钟。
