我到是用它给的那个Bing连接进去的，但那个Bing cashback 怎么知道我付了钱的呢？
是不是我先得开个Bing account？

1. goto http://www.bing.com
2. on the top right, there is a "sign in" link
If you do not have account create an account here.
3. Once you signed in, you can check your account by going with the shopping
tab,( the third tab under bing/explore), there you should see your bing
cashback account.
Now you can follow the steps in your post.
