最近看上一个小区，有很多TH，1980年的，1600sqft,各方面感觉都不错。但是突然发
现小区很多
房子都在市场上买，价格不等，开始有些犹豫是不是小区有什么问题，查了下社区资料
，除了学
区不太好，也没有什么缺点。有经验的人能不能提供点意见，怎们能了解一下情况？

cctv就知道办晚会，发发娱乐评论，别瞅谁都顺眼，该批就批呗，也起到教育群众的目的
别学好声音这种，评委不说真话，整天“好好听”、“我要你”这种没营养的片儿汤话
，全靠网友自学成才

一台老机，跑的windows vista，amd 双核 4000+，nv的芯片组，型号不详
有sata口
现在想加块2T硬盘，不知道会不会有以前最大容量支持的问题？
另外，sata 1代接口接sata III的硬盘应该没有问题吧？

You most likely need to update the SATA drivers. Certain nVidia boards have
problems with older drivers used with Vista. This page was placed on the
Seagate site, but the information is valid for Western Digital as well:
Large SATA Drives (above 1.1 TB) Will Not Complete Format. Your E521 uses
an nVidia GeForce 6150LE chipset.

A bad sign for sure.
Just an example, maybe not your case. One of the condos here are increasing
fee because TH are getting really old and need some renovation. And some the
owners start to flee. This is not necessarily bad for buyers, if the price
correctly reflects the higher HOA fee.

这个倒是有可能，从09年开始就一直降，没涨过了

谢谢，分析的有道理，这个TH已经30年了，应该到了要提升维护级别的时候了。我们主
要是看上
了房子本身的地方，和功能性，还有里面已经有的装修挺好的，因为自己不想折腾了，
这点对我
们还是很重要的。
