收到一公司口头offer,还不知道工资多少。HM发信问有关h1b petition processing fees的问题如下：
Do I understand that there are fees that xxx company will be responsible for
paying through this process?
准备回信说：
The total fee to process the petition is about $4,000. This might be a small
amount to a company, but it's a big amount to an individual. However,
considering the opportunity I'll have, I'm willing to responsible for part
of the fees or the entire fees depending on the offer.
大家觉得可行吗？

No. By law, all expenses must be borne by the company. And don't say it's $4
,000, because it's not. Just reply with a simple yes.

打游戏的话APU吧，I系列的显卡打游戏的话还是差些，当然也取决于你打啥游戏
温度取决于很多因素的，不是光看一个CPU，散热做的好的i7都能比i5凉快

请问他发信的意图是不是希望我说yes,然后他立马说不能办所以取消offer?

看看片，偶尔玩玩RPG, 什么轩辕剑呀古剑仙剑之类的就行了。
假定在类似散热情况下，是不是A8比i7凉快些啊？

No. if that what he meant, he wouldn't write this email to begin with. He
probably just wanted to make sure that there's some cost associated with
your h1b. And worst comes to worst, he'll try to renegotiate the offer a
little, although unlikely.

Did some research. Yes, employers are required to pay all filing fees except
for the premium processing fee and the attorney fee.
Anyway, I already told them during the interview that I'll need an H1b visa.
Let's see.
