7月30日的on-site，一直没有了联系，还以为没希望了，也一直纠结着要不要打电话发

果。今天上午收到travel reimbursement check，还以为是据信来着，还伤心了一小会

刚刚在邮箱里发现HR Manager的邮件，以前一直都是和另外一个HR的人联系的，所以收
到邮件有点小
激动，当然第一反应，还是以为自己被拒了。以下是邮件内容，大家帮帮忙分析分析，
该怎么回这封邮
件？还是应该给她打电话，可我也不知道该说什么？除了关于H-1B的问题我没问，他们也没问，但
我也有点不敢问。求大bless!!!!

不知到发到这何不合适，不过看flea market好像没有卖的。
去年的那批X220，估计很多人都升级成 8G/16G了吧。我后知后觉，想求一个别人淘汰
的x220
ddr3， 1333mhz的4G内存。如果谁有闲置的还没甩卖的请pm我，谢谢～

you haven't demonstrated you are a strong candidate for the position and
most likely you are early in the pipeline with many other candidates after

因为真的很喜欢这个公司和职位，又没消息，别的申请也没消息，压力挺大的。昨天回家晚了，天已经
黑了，我还不经意想起那天晚上开了6个小时将近12点到旅馆，感觉好久没有晚上开车了。

就说很喜欢这个职位，希望能够加入，会耐心等待吧。这种时候一般你是后备。如果没
有新的offer千万别催，一催估计就来据信了。

当然有希望，但是还在竞争中。没有任何特别应该激动的地方。。可以回信强调一下自
己的优点。
本来你的机会是50%，成或否，但是你暂时没有被否掉--如果他说的都是真的话，所以
现在的机会
是稍微大于50%，但是仅此而已。
实际上这个概率也是没有意义的。这个过程动态的，还要看其他人的表现和他们公司的
期望。

希望不是没有，就看他们能不能找到比你更合适的了，不过move on最重要，如果他们
真的特别喜欢你，一般一个星期内会给答复（学术界除外）。

The company might have the policy to interview some numbers of candidates
totally, e.g 2-3 people. Keep seeking other chance would not hurt any way.

my application.
