自己心目中的Dream company, 自己很喜欢的位置, 之前已经砸了好几个面试…再不来
offer, 简直感觉跟杨白劳过年一样了……唉…
感觉每次都差那么一点点....前面一个面试, 面试的时候可能不够热情，面试之后有一
个assessment做得不错,可是公司前考虑后考虑还是没有要我.....也是非常fit的一个
职位....
感觉英文还是非常重要的...不知道大家都是如何在interview当中做icebreak talking
的......

Newton had the great good luck to get into the South Sea Bubble early. He
made a really decent investment and a very quick killing, which mattered to
him. It was enough to count. He then got out, and suffered the most painful
experience that can happen in investing: he watched all of his friends
getting disgustingly rich. He lost his cool and got back in, but to make up
for lost time, he got back in with a whole lot more (some of it borrowed),
nicely caught the decline, and was totally wiped out. And he is reported to
have said something like, "I can calculate the movement of heavenly bodies
but not the madness of men." - Jeremy Grantham in his most recent quarterly

票要靠谱，不算泡沫。比特币党最喜欢说的一句话是“比特币的价值无法估量”，也就
是说在全世界人都像他们一样认同比特币之前，泡沫不会破裂

不知道LZ面试的是什么职位，有些需要communication的职位，于面试官的交流还是比
较重要的，如果能让他们personally觉得跟你交谈是很舒服，很开心的话，那么你的机
会会大大的增加。
icebreaking的话，一般面试官上来会先问候你，你可以随便聊两句，比如说你进来对
公司的感受啊，注意到什么什么你很有兴趣啊，你很喜欢公司的哪些哪些啊，感谢公司
的onsite trip安排啊，你很喜欢公司所在的地方啊。之类云云。别问让对方不舒服的
问题，尽量stay positive，注意语速不要太快。be yourself就最好了！
还有一点，记得一定要自信！他们bring you for an onsite，一定是see great
potential in you，所以没有理由怀疑自己！加油！

赞，有时候是阎王好骗，小鬼难防,HM搞定，其它边边角角的难搞定。还有我发现一点
，当是你未来同事面试你的时候，千万要表现谦虚，不能一副和HM谈的时候拽拽的样子
，要不然说不定在背后说你communication不好。
还有，我竟然觉得，越对你态度好的，越有问题；反倒是看起来对方不怎么into你的，越有可能，因为他take you seriously了。
