不好意思啊，是新手上路，找精化区的文档也看得比较迷糊，忘大侠解惑。
一般走EB2/3 perm的，我了解得流程是：
1. perm
2. perm approved, file I140
3. I140 approved, waiting
4. when current, file 485
5. get GC
那中间某一步的时候可以申请EAD 卡，而且如果绿卡申请人是H1B, 到那个时候是不是
H4
也可以申请EAD 卡？请问这是什么时候可以申请？
另外：经常看到提到的AP, 是不是必须排期current 之后才可以申请？
