如果是打算海归的话就不用申请了，回去后很难保住，而且用处不大，如果打算留下就

不泄气，我的Eb1b被据了 appealed to AAO
我最近的EB1A pp to tsc，今天收到消息被RFE，
要百折不饶，跟USCIS死磕。等拿到绿卡，在死搞sams大叔

TSC 要不nsc 容易多了
很多像你一样nsc拒了，到tsc过了的

Did you DIY? Our university didn't allow DIY so I will go with Eb1-A next

I DIY the petition letter. But the university staff efiled the form I-140
and signed the petition letter.

Agree. 应该再试一次。都作上教授了，你身份肯定没问题。还怕啥？顶多是这几年出
国回来需要签一下证就是了。不要把绿卡看的太重。

这个有点像被拒签了，然后不停预约下一次，如果间隔时间太近了没有实质新材料补充
的话，签证官基本上看到你上次被拒记录会继续拒签。所以你的精神可嘉，不过技术上
需要耐心等一下，否则自己跟自己过不去。

我个人觉得这个EB1b比较合理。你有EB2做备份不用怕。过1年半载再来过，估计会好些
。个人不建议你马上又递交EB1，原因看我同一主题的另一回复。

just try it again and again till they approved. they need money for life.
