买了Kitchen Aid 6 quart pro stand mixer。想学和面包包子，做饺子皮，做面包，
做蛋糕。但是我目前一无所知。自己完全没有做面食的基础。
请问哪里入门资料学习啊？学会了，以后父母来，他们的健康早餐就有了。

前些天收到的email from UCSIC 说是要 RIE(requesting for initial evidence). 等
收到信后发现，基本就是和正常的RFE一样。
除了几项和本版中很多RFE列出的一样，有一项原来没有见过：
"Submit evidence that you are one of the small percentage who has risen to
the very top of your field of endevor".
本人打算从两方面回复：
1. 让老板和独立推荐人再出几封信，说明我是one of the small percentage in the
field；
2. 想出示有关文章引用的证据 "some of my papers are in the the small
percentage of most top cited paper
