我查看了一下EB1B的申请条件，好像必须是在博士毕业后，做post doc的话，要干满三
年才算，不知道我理解的对不对。
如果不是这样的话，我在博士期间的工作experience能不能算呢？如果算的话，是不是
4年的话，只能算是2年（因为学生是half time)？
大家能帮我理解一下吗？

博士期间的工作experience能算,if u can prove u were outstanding and full time
researcher at that time

因为我只是research assistantship啊，这只是half time job, 不是full time job,
我从学校里面international office center问到的，而且还说按照政府的规定，3年
research experience必须是full time,同时必须是在拿到博士学位以后。
很糊涂，看到还有几个人在这里发贴，都被搞糊涂了，有对这个东西比较明白的人吗？

2 year RA + 1 year post doc, good enough to apply
you even need 0.5 year to prepare documents
but in many cases, officers do not care if it's half time or full time, they
may not need formal documents to prove 3 years exp.
but sometimes they may need a formal proof of 3 years exp.
