non-profit company, they have no idea how long will it take to apply H1b
visa(from application to approve)
I have no idea also, is it one month or long?

3-6 months on regular, or 15 calender days on premium processing

it was around $1200 but you need to check with the lawyer.
yes, it is 15 calender days once they receive the application. You can go to
USCIS website to get more information.

I also got an offer from a nonprofit, but they want me to do the H-1B thing
. I don't know it is non-cap H-1B or Cap H-1B. What kind of company is yours
? Are you applying Non-cap? It is said that only higher education or
research organization can apply non-cap.
