请问推荐信应该怎么写？

请问推荐信应该怎么写？# Immigration - 落地生根

不同的推荐人应该说不同的东西吗，还是每个人的都大同小异？我觉得自己没多少值得
一提的事，要推
荐人说不同的事太难了。
另外问一下media report的事。我参加的几个collaboration work有被报道，有的提了
一下我的
名字。我都不是负责人，贡献也不是主要的。我知道肯定不能claim media report. 我
想知道的是
这些报道有用吗？怎么用？

Per my understanding of I-140 instructions, the criterion of claiming media
reports about YOU is for EB-1A, about your WORK is for EB-1B. And these
reports are actually not the same type either. For EB-1A, the media reports
are saying "This guy/gal is awesome!". For EB-1B, the reports, more like
reviews and comments, are saying, "This is such a beautiful work." We all
know nowadays it's all about team work. You have no confidence to claim you
are critical to your team? Then you can just forget about green card. ;-)

我想试EB1A.所以我觉得这些media reports应该不够资格claim. 我想知道的是这些
media
reports还有没有其他的用。
我当然有play critical role的team work，不过在media report最多的一个work中也
就打
了个酱油。但是也被算作collaboration member. 有的媒体在报道时列出了member
list，所
以我的名字也在其中。是不是这样的media report就一点用都没有了？

First of all, have Confidence in yourself! You didn't just 打了个酱油.
Without you, the work would have failed!
2ndly, without spotlights on you in media reports, to claim that criterion
for EB1A seems indeed somewhat stretchy. My personal opinion anyway.
But they are definitely useful, because they are Objective evidence for
claiming the importance of your work, your contribution, etc. As for how to
use them, you may want to consult a professional.

哪位能不能说一下关于推荐信的问题，
不同的推荐信应该不同侧重，还是无所谓？
