Just had an interview yesterday at the local office but my EB1 PD is in May
2017. After the interview, the status is changed to new card is being
produeced. Does anyone have a similar case? I guess there might be sth wrong
with the system?

你还有其他PD么？有家人是其他国家出生么？我一个同事，虽然自己是加拿大国籍，但
是是中国出生。他家孩子是加拿大出生，所以PD晚也绿了。他们去面试之前，没考虑到
还可以用孩子的cross chargibility ，面试官当场给绿的时候，被惊呆了。

父母不能用孩子的出生地提早绿吧。面试官应该犯了错误。
不然一定会听说帮助想要移民美国的父母到越南去生孩子之类的月子中心的广告。
Minor Children: Chargeable to Either Parent’s Country
The cross chargeability rule also applies to minor children. Children can
utilize the quota of either parent. However, it does not allow parents to be
charged to the country of birth of their respective children.

这方面我没研究过法律条款。
我同事17年5月的PD，两口子中国出生，加拿大国籍，小儿子加拿大出生，现在6年级。
1月底去面试的，现在已经拿到卡了。
你说的有道理，不然去越南生娃的得排队了

最可怕的是移民局犯这种低级傻逼错误，一旦查出来，还要你去承担这个后果。他们不
承担这种错误带来的后果。

并没有啊，很简单的EB，就我跟我LP, 485 2017年递交后2018年生了个小孩, that's
it.

读过类似的case 貌似很麻烦要把卡退回去一般律师会处理主动退回去否则USCIS可
以随时revoke绿卡

Called USCIS Tier-2 support today. They told me there is no need to do
anything at this moment. After receiving the card, if anything is wrong,
then contact them. Also asked if I should scheduled an info-pass, he also
said no need to do so.

Got update today to: Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration
Could be a system glitch and they corrected it maybe.
