我eb1a 140 485 同时刚批准，可是老婆的485还没交, 我结婚在140之前
我是 nsc管辖,efile 140 to TSC, several month later submit 485 to dallas
lockbox
so where should I　submit my wife's 485 appliation, she is working in IOWA

啥叫follow 申请？　读过485 instructure only find our case under "who can
file" not in "where to file"
very confused, also after I read the instruction, i dont even understand why
did I file my 485 to dallas lockbox.... so ft
