拖了1年多了，终于要submit了，突然很不安，大牛们看到的给谢建议，greatly
appreciate.
先介绍一下背景：
EE Ph.D.
Paper: 19 (5 1st author, 8 2nd), 1 @ Science, 2nd author
Patent: 2 world patents （被我现在的公司license了） and 2 provisional patent。
Citation: 135 excluding self citation
Review: 16 for 4 journals
推荐信8 封，5封独立，6 from usa，1 Portugal, 1 from Slovenia, 2 member of
national academy of engineering, 2 IEEE fellow
Claim authorship,review and original contribution.
马上准备申请EB1-b，正在犹豫是否pp，我在PA，应该是到TSC审理吧，感觉TSC现在好
像很慢，又怕pp增加被拒的可能，大家给点建议
另外，看到大家的帖子有点问题，
1.大家是怎么找你的journal排名的？经常看到有人说top 1 journal，top 5 journal
2. 专利我就让我们公司的ceo写了推荐信，证明我的patents给他们拿到了几百万的项
目，帮助公司取得了很大的成功，这样行么，还要其他的证据？

总算知道啥意思了，绝对没有，只是我请的律师不让我file pp，所以想听听大家的意见

dude, why not try EB1A. EB1B is kind of waste of your STRONG background.
however my background is strong too:

好像很被大家鄙视，真的就是上来问问意见
可能我请的律师太搓，他说我肯定可以拿到NIW, 但eb1。。。所以最后我还去找了公司申
请eb1-b
