换了几张visa都是这样，都是已经加了giftcardmall注册过的visa gift card。

这是因为周末晚上系统down了，还是我的账户出问题了？貌似我没收到任何serve发过
我的email警告信，serve账户里也没有什么警告。。

I plan to prepare for EB1B applications by DIY.
From this webpage, I knew that I need the employ letter, which prove the
permanent job and the letter about more than three scientists in the company
.
Any template for the above two letters?
Those letter should be from my supervisor or HR?
I'm a beginner. You comments and suggestions are highly appreciated.

这个太过分了吧。就是一张prepaid card 而已，申请信用卡还没要求提供那么多。 不
让用GC funding 早标明啊。这么看蓝鸟死是迟早的事。

我加了2张visa gift card，账号立刻被lock了，要我scan 卡和我的ssn给他们看。

Serve到底怎么了，给出的电话1-800-954-4559不正确，卡后的电话1-800-954-0559也
没人接。现在加真实的debit/credit card也是同样的报错信息。

反馈一下。
没打电话之前add card时显示和LZ一样的错误信息。结果，打完电话后帐户就被lock了
。要求fax了之前帐户里加过的一张credit card和debit card的正反面和bank
statement复印件。
照做后，立即就unlock了，add card也没有问题了。
不过，不知道是不是如LS某位同学所说，不用管它之后自动就会好，所以大家还是再等
段时间再打电话联系Serve，免得像我一样原来好好的，结果反而被lock了。

card不需要statement，只需要正反面的copy，是bank需要statement。
另外，看样子这次有可能大家都逃不掉要交材料给serve了。
