博士时候的导师几年前换了一个新学校，西部公立R1，四五线小城市.
他们系现在招人，职位方向比较吻合；虽然我现在不急着换地方，但是想着申一下无妨。
问题是SC chair刚好就是我导师。是不是应该避嫌不申请.

还是自动的，不看账单都不知道
chase都是free的

背景以前贴过了，当时支持我的人数不到一半。
我的citation不强，希望能幸运通过。整个过程准备了4个月，在律师帮助下完成的。
总之，已经尽最大努力了！

打电话最好，committee 的人一般需要避嫌，不要留纸面联系证据

避嫌倒是没有必要，但是肯定要先打个电话问一下。不知道你现在做的方向跟以前老板
做得是不是还很相识。要是以前的老板的意见都不是特别正面积极的话也没有必要申请
了。

别的不知道，我simplycash business已经跟我的其它personal amex card在一起三四
年了，从没有过任何费用。避免以讹传讹。

if you have personal and biz card both earning MR points, they will charge
the biz card $10 per year to combine the points account. Simply cash
business card earn cash back, not MR points.

能不能unlink？我的也charge了，连副卡也charge了。
