EB1B 申请需要file到Nebraska center, non-efile.
如果用fedex 寄整个申请包，谁能给个正确的fedex 的邮寄地址？
uscis 网页上的为什么只有 USCIS Dallas 的地址？难道我是要把package 寄到Texas
,然后ucsic在把我的材料转到nebrask? 请指点。万分感谢。
下面是我再网上看到的地址

对了，Fedex 不接受下面的PO BOX地址.
USCIS Nebraska Service Center

Lincoln, NE 68501-7140
可是找不到与之对应的physical address

只适用于
Form I-140’s, Part 2, “Petition
Type” marked “f,” “skilled
worker,” and the place of
permanent employment is in:
EB1b part 2 是选的 "b" 阿。
谁能确认一下是不是都是寄到Dallas 的那个地址（不管你file到那个center)？

我属于NSC，我的是UPS，用的

按照140instruction来的。寄出去一周了，还没有消息，哎。希望是对的。
