我喜欢奶味足的，不喜欢免烤的。用Alton brown在food network 上的方子。cream
cheese, sour cream都要用。

俺家以前那个牛头牌的电饭锅说明书里面好像有，不过俺没试过。

我没用过。cheesecake需要低温长烤。我觉得有种隔水的电饭锅可能行。不过我很久没
见过了。再就是先进温控好的电饭锅。
