我们5.9号的，到现在没有任何消息？大家的情况如何？另，如何作SERVICE REQUEST？

SR Steps:
1. Call 1-800-375-5283
2. Press 1 for English
3. Press 2 for pending case
4. Press 1 for checking status of pending case
5. Input case # (WAC, LIN, SRC, etc)
6. Press 1 for confirmation
7. Press 3 to continue (report a problem)
8. Press 3 outside processing time + 1 did not hear response
9. You will be directed to Level 1 customer support – tell them your case
is outside of processing time and priority date is current and you want to
file a Service Request, then they will do it.

十天前作了SR，没什么效果
快三个月了，该是要来了吧

十天前作了SR，没什么效果
快三个月了，该是要来了吧

Thanks for all reply,esp. summercat. I did service request according to your
steps. The lady told me I should get something in 5 days, if not, I should
call them as soon as possible. Bless all can get your EAD and AP, even green
card quickly.
