I don't know about those items yet, but for 140, my lawyer told me that the
IOs recently changed their procedure to send the original approval notice to
the petitioner, and the courtesy copy to the lawyer. It was the other away
around before.
Based on that info, I'd assume that you should get all the cards, and your
lawyer would get the courtesy copy of the 485 approval notice.

cards are always directly sent to the beneficiary. but notices are not.
