I got two offers, one is a full-time with a small company($55000/year), the
other is one year contract with big company($90000/year), I am just
wondering if you were in my shoe, which offer would you accept?

大家好，我在大学的实验室做工程师，具有国内顶级研究机构的博士学位，不知道能否
和老板提及申请eb1b，发表一些文章，有一些审稿经验，也正在积极发表更多文章，基
本符合eb1b的条件。
请大家指教。

I would choose the second one:
1. higher pay;
2. opportunity to transfer to the big company;
3. you can use this year's working experience to find a better job even item
2 does not work.

the key is, if u can prove u r permanent full-time researcher, it's doable.
to prove this, you'd better show some "formal" offer letter or employment
letter from some "authority".
