When you got the paper acceptance email, did they mention their acceptance
rate (if it's below 30%, it's good to use.), or how many people would attend
(to prove that it's an international convention), etc? That email can be
used.
The conference website needs not to be fancy to be used, either. Some intro
on their mission, where their attendees are from, etc can be good enough.
If you want to request a letter from the General Chair on how good this
conference is, you could perhaps use a similar template as the journal
editor's review verification letter but to replace that reviewer criteria
part to paper acceptance criteria. Well, if you are not a TPC remember, but
just an attendee, I think that requesting such a letter seems a bit over-do.

会议的主页通常会有介绍，会议前或者会议后的announcement，老外自己也很会吹的。
