大家好，我先说一下我的情况：
我是2010年在美国硕士毕业，OPT期间在最后2个月找了份工作，正准备申请H1B时，律
师说这个工作的Title和工资无法申请下来H1B，于是在OPT结束时就辞职了，转成了H4
。现在打算在2012年12月份开始找工作，因为没有申请过H1B，所以只能在明年的4月份
开始申请，10月份才能开始工作，个人感觉公司不会等我这么久。据说如果找非盈利性
的工作，nonprofit H1B的申请就没有这么多限制，但如果想转成profit H1B的话，限
制就又有了。所以想听听大家的意见，我该如何选择呢：
1 直接找nonprofit的工作，一直干到EAD卡拿到手（老公刚开始申请EB2，怎么也得等
个2，3年吧）
如果申请nonprofit H1B需要多长时间下来，是工作单位给申请还是自己申请？它对工
作的Title和工资有要求吗，title要和major相关，工作要和硕士学位相符吗？
2 H4转成F1，找profit的工作
我看版面上有说找个community college能发I20的，上个其他语种或专业的课，把H4转
成F1，再找profit的工作。因为已经用过了OPT，所以只能一边上课一边找工作，如果
没找到合适的工作，就得继续选课以维持身份。这么下来选课的费用是不是也很巨大啊？

1。抬头，置顶模板无数，总有一款适合你

首先问老板，你老板给你写信最有效，比自己问好多了，这是我的亲身感觉。

H4找nonprofit也不一定很容易很多地方都是入职以后才能给你办H1B

EB2想两三年交485太乐观了吧？五六年都未必行啊。
