本人现在是OPT。公司 April 1st 提交H1-B的申请。请问如果在十月H1-B approve
之前申请Eb1-b 会不会造成H1-B 被据呀?
有知道的XDJM 给个建议吧。不想等H1-B approve 之后再申请Eb1-b了，时间太长，太
煎熬了。

I have no experience, but H1 is not contradictory to EB1B. F1 is somewhat
contradictory, as you may lose your F status.
One thing to consider is that in the 140 form, you need to state your status
and its expiration date. While H1 is pending, you are still in F visa. If
by regular 140 processing that may take a long time, you may get an RFE
after the F's expiration date, but PP (to get a result in 15 days) should
avoid this problem.
