after Jan. 2012, started new job hunting, got > 20 telephone interviews.
At first I told them that my I140 had been approved and I-485 submitted, no
any on site interview opportunity.
Then I said I am a GC holder, very quickly got two on site interviews.
The problem is, they ask me to show my GC.
Today, this leading company said EAD is useless, they will hire GC holder
only......
Green Card = Greensleeves ??

让HR问一下律师,律师会普及知识给他们,先用EAD,等绿卡下来了再更新给他们.应该问
题不大.

that's true that some positions are ONLY given to GC or citizen, some others
only granted to citizen.just be honest when you apply for a job.

最开始要选 yes / no.
俺先选yes.
等他们问时, 再详细解释一哈. 如果先选no, 永远都是no.....
