公司(fortune 500)说我qualify, 要帮我办 eb1b, 但我背景弱,不知是否要请公司也办
Eb2.问了一下板上律师, Liu说 reasonable chance for NIW, and some chance for
eb1b but risky because of moderate citations. Zhang 说 strong NIW and good
eb1b. Yao 说 strong NIW, 没说eb1b.
What should I do? and what can I do to improve my applications?
2011 Phd EE in a top 20 US university
publications: 5 journals, 4 conference papers, 3 book chapters.
citations: ~20
conference presentations: 4
invited talks : 2 (1 is at a top tier conference)
reviews: ~30
journal editorship (associate editor, guest editor): 2
conference session chair/organizer: 1
conference committee member: 4
patent applications: 2 (1 is already in commercial product)
